Coming from the south...

Coming from the south on I-95, you will need to take the Coastal Route exit 52, I-295 North towards BRUNSWICK.  Continuing on I-295 North to Exit 31/Topsham.   Turn right on Route 196 EAST following to Route 1 North then take the first exit (Cook's Corner).  At the traffic lights, turn left and the MOTEL is at the next light on the RIGHT.

Coming from the north...

Coming from the north on I-95 near Exit 103, take the Coastal Route I-295 South towards BRUNSWICK to Exit 31A/Topsham.  Turn right on Rt. 196 East following to Route 1 North then take the first exit (Cook's Corner).  At the traffic lights turn left and the MOTEL is at the next light on the RIGHT.
